The Product Contact Point shall provide information on the tasks set out in the legislation on the mutual recognition of goods lawfully marketed in another Member State [Regulation (EU) 2019/515 of the European Parliament and of the Council] and the tasks set out in the legislation on the marketing of construction products as a Product Contact Point (305/2011). / EU Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council).

The Product Contact Point shall provide information to economic operators on the transposition and implementation of Union harmonization legislation applicable to products in accordance with Article 8 (2) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
