TECHNICAL SAFETY CODE FOR LIFTS, ESCALATORS AND MOVING WALKS
The main task of the Technical Working Group of Lifts, Escalators and Moving Walks set up by the Minister of Industry as stipulated in the Government Ordinance 146/2014. (V. 5.) Korm. is to develop technical safety specifications that
- meet the requirements of the technical safety codes related to the establishment and operation of lifts, escalators and moving walks;
- meet a high level of health protection; and
- are in accordance with the technical and scientific standards and reflect good practices based on economic considerations.
